Training and capacity building: PHTB is active in developing and conducting training for health professionals at (inter) national, provincial, district and health facility level.

Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning for Global Health: PHTB Consult can tailor ME&L trainings to the needs of organisations. The training will provide participants with practical skills to set up M&E frameworks, including the development of meaningful indicators and realistic targets.

MDR-TB & Infection control: PHTB Control developed and conducted training for provincial level healthcare workers. These courses were conducted together with staff of the national programme and conducted in Portuguese.

Supply Chain Management: from 2013 - 2017 PHTB Consult co-facilitated a training on Supply Chain Management with a focus on tuberculosis for an international audience. This training explained the supply chain cycle with practical exercises and interactive lectures.
