PHTB Consult can support countries and organisations with the development of funding proposals. In the past, PHTB Consult supported the development of Global Fund proposals for Lesotho and Suriname. PHTB Consult supported a successful TB REACH proposal for Mozambique.

PHTB Consult has further developed proposal development skills by reviewing funding proposals for TB REACH. From June 2017 to June 2021, PHTB Consult’s Miranda Brouwer served as a member for the Global Fund’s technical review panel (TRP, https://www.theglobalfund.org/en/technical-review-panel/) and since January 2018 on Unitaid's (https://unitaid.org/#en) proposal review committee.
